Wholeplate S / Wholeplate SE

A non-folding view camera, with an extensive range of movements. Constructed entirely of quarter-sawn Macassar ebony heartwood (Wholeplate SE, pictured above) or quarter-sawn Honduran mahogany heartwood (Wholeplate S) both aged for at least 20 years. As with all Ebony cameras, the metal parts are made of solid titanium. The uniquely thin and supple yet durable calfskin bellows are hand-made to Ebony's specifications. The hand-strap is made of genuine cordovan leather.
• Ebony (Wholeplate SE) or mahogany (Wholeplate S) and titanium construction: no vibration or sway, even at maximum extension. Complete stability is assured.

• The movements and rigidity of a view camera with the portability of a field camera

• Unique quadruple-draw bellows extension, enabling use of 90mm-800mm lenses, and allowing front and back focus

• Universal bellows replace Standard bellows, facilitating use of wide-angle lenses. (Interchangeable Wide-angle bellows available as optional accessory)

• Accepts Sinar or Linhof-type lensboards
